VEHICLE PARKING : Ample vehicle parking slots will be made available on 1st February, 2026 (for the bib holders only)near the NICE Road Photo Point (Put exact location on GMaps & use any of the Cloverleaf shaped roads to reach)which will be free of cost.

Parking anywhere will be completely at owner's / driver's risk & the organizer or NECE Ltd’s management will completely NOT be responsible for any theft / loss of any kind of article.

No race bags will be distributed on the race day and won’t be sent via courier to your home. The same needs to be collected on the bib expo day.

RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS
Race will start & finish at NICE Road, Tollgate @ Hosakerehalli, Bengaluru (Karnataka).
Full course is on the best paved roads on which runners can achieve their personal best timings and break their own records as they train well.
There will be enough aid stations along with the medical support to keep you ever hydrated & medically supported.
RACE INCLUSIONS
21.1 KM & 10 KM Runners are entitled to have a Race Bag, Timing Bib, Pre - During - Post Race Hydration, Tuffman Finisher's Medal, Medical & Physiotherapy Support, Post Race Sumptuous Refreshment, Your Excellent Pictures throughout the race, Digital Race Certificate (for all finishers - post completion of the race), FREE & Easy Search & Download for Race Photos, Promised Good Memories.
5 KM & 3 KM Runners are entitled to have a Race Bag, Non - Timing Bib, Pre - During - Post Race Hydration, Tuffman Finisher's Medal, Medical & Physiotherapy Support, Post Race Sumptuous Refreshment, Your Excellent Pictures throughout the race, Digital Participation Certificate, FREE & Easy Search & Download for Race Photos, Promised Good Memories.

PODIUM FINISHERS FROM THE RACE
The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Age & Gender Wise Categories* for the distances as mentioned below.
Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 21.1 KM are :-
- 18 years to 30 years of age
- 31 years to 40 years of age
- 41 years to 50 years of age
- 51 years to 60 years of age
- 61 years of age & above
Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are :-
- 14 years to 17 years of age
- 18 years to 30 years of age
- 31 years to 40 years of age
- 41 years to 50 years of age
- 51 years to 60 years of age
- 61 years of age & above
Please note that there would be no Age / Gender Categories in the Non Timed - Fun Run 5 KM & 3 KM run.
*Please note people with age like 30 years and X days will placed in the 18 years to 30 years age category and so on.
CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation / Transfer of Ticket / Refund / Adjustment to future events is not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.
Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.
ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 50 days after the virtual event.
